We want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs and scarves cannot be returned if worn or tried on.

2. How to Return

  • Email us at support@thesubi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
