Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs and scarves cannot be returned if worn or tried on.
2. How to Return
Email us at support@thesubi.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
